I came across this post earlier today. It’s targeted at law firms, but applies equally to all businesses, and simply asks “what aggravates your clients”.
No matter how good your product, service or system may be, if you’re aggravating your clients the chances are you’re not going to succeed.
Why not ask your (more trusted) clients what it is that really bugs them about your business. You might be surprised by insight you get into your business, and from there be able to improve what you’re doing. If nothing else your clients will be pleasantly surprised that you took the trouble to ask for their feedback.
